Built by people who sat through the hearings, saw the outcomes, and decided to build something better.
Before RePath existed, our founders spent years inside the criminal justice system — as attorneys, as observers, and as advocates. Over the course of their careers, they attended more than 150,000 pretrial hearings. What they saw, hearing after hearing, was the same thing: outcomes that didn't work for anyone.
The options were almost always the same. Detention — expensive, disruptive, and counterproductive for low-risk individuals. Or release to a supervision system that was stretched thin — overworked officers, outdated tools, and not enough resources to actually help people stay on track.
In 2019, they founded eHawk, Inc. and built RePath to create the option that didn't exist yet: intelligent, smartphone-based supervision that gives officers real tools and gives individuals real support — without ankle monitors, without excessive cost, and without compromising public safety.
Since then, our team has spoken with thousands of participants and hundreds of officers about what supervision looks like on the ground — what works, what doesn't, and what's missing. Every one of those conversations is reflected in how RePath is built today. We are more dedicated than ever to making sure that technology directly serves the participant, the officer, and the community.
RePath is a Modern Supervision Platform — a complete ecosystem of AI-powered tools that help officers be proactive instead of reactive. Visit Assist handles documentation so officers can focus on the person in front of them. Impairment Risk identifies concerns without invasive testing. Centralized Communications keeps every conversation in one place. And RePath IQ turns all of that activity into real-time intelligence.
We believe officers got into this work to help people — not to fight paperwork, chase compliance checklists, or manage ankle monitor alerts. RePath was built to free them to do what they do best.

RePath is built by eHawk, Inc., a criminal justice technology company founded in 2019. Our leadership team brings together more than 60 combined years of experience across corrections, complex litigation, public accounting, and technology — giving us a rare combination of deep domain expertise and operational discipline.
Our founders have worked directly with government agencies managing probation and parole populations, clerked at the Missouri Supreme Court, and led financial operations at national firms. That background shapes everything about how we build, support, and partner with the agencies we serve.
RePath was designed with officers, not just for them. Every feature comes from real supervision workflows — we listen, iterate, and build what actually works in the field.
Visit Assist and Impairment Risk are the only AI tools purpose-built for community supervision. Not repurposed corporate software. Tools designed for your work.
RePath Assist means we're with you from implementation through ongoing optimization. Your success is our success — we're invested in your outcomes, not just your subscription.
Over 50,000 people have been supervised through RePath using smartphone-based tools — no ankle monitors required. The result is supervision that's less intrusive, more effective, and available at 1/100th the cost of incarceration and 1/5th the cost of ankle monitors.
Technology in community supervision should reduce stigma, increase trust, and focus on outcomes. RePath proves it's possible. See it in action →

"I'm back at the police department as an officer officially now that this case has finally come to an end. These last four years, everything in my life was always in constant change. I needed something constant to keep me grounded. As silly as it may sound, I actually looked forward to Monday mornings at 10 am check in, because it was the one true constant I could count on. Each check in reminded me that I was one day closer to getting my life back."
"Just got done taking my CDL test and I passed. It is an awesome feeling to accomplish something that is so hard to do. I try to remember everybody that is there even in my darkest hours. Thank you for being there for me."
"Do not take this app off my phone — I want to cover my own butt."
